French pâtissier Tipiak has launched a delicious new selection of one bite-sized canapés to the UK food service market.

The exquisite ‘thaw and serve’ Mediterranean Canapés Selection features nine different flavours, including mango apricot chutney, mini cheese and ham rolls and sesame seeds on mini brioche, smoked salmon, tzatziki, cucumber and poppy seeds on mini blini, goat’s cheese and fig on walnut bread, and tuna, stewed piquillos, capers and black olives on sandwich bread.

Premium and authentic, and Tipiak’s best-selling canapés product in France, the bite-sized canapés are perfect to serve at buffets, conferences, weddings, afternoon teas, graduations and other events. This new selection complements Tipiak’s existing range of canapés already available in the UK via frozen food distributor Central Foods.

Each morsel features superb Mediterranean inspired toppings and bread bases – and are simply defrosted before serving.

Each Mediterranean Canapés Selection box contains 63 individual pieces – seven of each of the nine different flavours. Tipiak launches new Pop Macarons Fruits for UK foodservice

French pâtissier Tipiak has unveiled a new selection of exquisite pop macarons for the UK foodservice sector.

Featuring stunning fruit flavours, the eye-catching Pop Macarons Fruits are gluten free – currently the only gluten-free authentic French macarons available widescale to the UK hospitality sector.
