Afternoon tea is one of the success stories of the hospitality sector in recent times. According to OpenTable, bookings increased by 54% from 2016 to 2018. Because traditional French pâtisserie can be time-consuming and tricky to make from scratch, Tipiak’s ‘thaw and serve’, hand-finished pâtisserie is the perfect solution for afternoon tea in any setting, whether it’s a hotel, garden centre, pub or other foodservice outlet.
